Rental of Siam Society main dining room for four hours.  Use of off-white linen, flatware, glassware, dinnerware, tables, chairs & stereo system.  Serving staff, bartender & kitchen staff for six hours (setup & cleanup time included).  Full rental of the restaurant is available.

Appetizers:

Pulled Pork Spring Rolls

Pork braised with a reduction of German Riesling, vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks and Oregon hazelnuts wrapped and flash fried.


Tranquil Salad Rolls

Chilled glass noodles, grilled tofu, mustard greens and fresh mint delicately folded into steamed rice paper. Served with roasted peanuts and homemade peanut sauce.



Salads:

Green Papaya Salad

Shredded green papaya salad with carrots, peanuts, green beans and grape tomatoes, drizzled with a Thai chili and lime dressing and served on a bed of mixed organic greens, garnished with plump, sliced mango.


Spicy Mixed Asian Salad

A mix of chopped red and green cabbage, organic mixed greens, fresh bean sprouts, and carrots tossed together with Oregon hazelnuts and sprinkled with a homemade spicy citrus infused sesame dressing.



Entrees:

Panang Curry with Fresh Pineapple

A rich and creamy red curry infused with galanka root, Kaffir Lime Leaves, lemon-grass, seasonal mixed vegetables and fresh pineapple.


Farmers Market Stir-Fry

Chef Adrienne’s weekly selection of fresh market vegetables prepared with a medley of seafood, such as halibut, calamari, clams, & scallops


Sexy Beef

Slips of flank steak sautéed with spicy coconut cream sauce, onions, bell peppers, oyster mushrooms and fresh roasted garlic.


Phad Thai Chicken

Rice noodles stir-fried with fresh-squeezed tamarind.


Phad Kee Mao Tofu

“Drunken” noodles stir-fried with crisped basil leaves, grilled peppers, onions and fiery Thai chilies.



Steamed Jasmine Rice


Dessert:

Flourless Chocolate Cake with house made cardamom ice cream
